Think Ahead LLC – Terms of Service

Welcome to Think Ahead, LLC. (“Think Ahead“, “the site“, “the platform“, “the academy“, “the club”, “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“ToS”) govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and content (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Think Ahead offers a high-end gaming educational platform and club that provides:

  • Exclusive gaming psychometric evaluations pioneers, featuring a nature test, a traits test, and a flow state test.
  • Advanced gaming Team Builder.
  • 10 Fundamental Gaming academic courses, with 70+ lessons that delve into professional gaming skills, parameters, strategies, history of gaming, economics, industry overviews, careers, statistics, development, and several other related fields of study for our students to grow and improve their in-game performance.
  • 8 Advanced Macro-Parameter courses with 50+ lessons.
  • 8 Advanced Micro-Parameter Evaluations that quantifies a player’s skill spectrum.
  • Integrated AI educational resources.
  • 6 ascendant complexity exams to graduate from the academy.
  • eSports exclusive community, tournaments & events.
  • Official Think Ahead, LLC. CEO signed certifications and licenses.
  • Professional 1on1 coaching.
  • Affiliated Partnerships.
  • Exclusive Discord community.
  • Growth Programs for: Streamers, Content Creators, Digital Salespersons.
  • Memberships & Subscriptions.
  • Freemium & Premium e-Commerce store.

4. User Accounts and Access

  • Membership Tiers (Descendant Order): 
  • 1- ULTRA: members are granted unlimited lifetime access to everything on PRO+, a VIP dedicated live support, and the Elite Growth Program (extra 50K HP) to share with other fellow players, preferably teammates.
  • 2- PRO+: members are granted unlimited access on a yearly subscription to everything on Basic plus all the elements contained in the hall of knowledge, hall of evolution and hall of conquest, plus 10.000 Honor Points
  • 3- PRO: members are granted unlimited access on a monthly subscription to everything on Basic plus all the elements contained in the hall of knowledge, hall of evolution and hall of conquest.
  • 4- Basic: Access to our free content, and our freemium content which includes our loyalty program “Honor System” integrating an affiliated partnership with Think Ahead and also access to our PRO Team Builder, plus 1.000 Honor Points. Our basic members can also buy permanent-separate access to any of the premium products and/or services found at https://www.thinkaheadpros.com/premium-store/ .
  • Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any activity conducted under their account.
  • Prohibited Activities: Users shall not copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or share our content outside the platform in any form without our deliberate and signed consent. Using bots and/or multiple accounts to artificially farm Honor Points exploiting our loyalty program intended to help fellow players is strictly forbidden. Any violation may result in account suspension or termination and legal action.

5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

  • All payments are to be made via approved channels; our memberships (PRO/PRO+) are recurrent subscriptions, monthly and yearly respectively, the Basic is free and the ULTRA membership is a one-time payment lifetime subscription; only our Honor Points (HP) bundles can be bought multiple times.
  • We reserve the right to re-arrange the nature of each element at any time.
  • Once a payment is processed and the user is granted access to our exclusive-protected content, Think Ahead, LLC. is no longer in the obligation to issue any refund, under any reason or circumstance.
  • Users acknowledge that all sales are final, and they agree not to dispute payments or seek refunds.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All the content, materials, and intellectual property restricted behind a membership or subscription access in the platform, including but not limited to videos, AI products, courses, lessons, seminars, premium products, psychometric tests, certicates, certification exams, quizzes, general evaluations, discord servers and proprietary methodologies, are owned by Think Ahead, LLC.
  • All the Think Ahead products distributed through the site store, or any other mean, directly or indirectly, by us or third parties, and regardless of the payment method, date of acquisition, and/or usage, are exclusive property of Think Ahead, LLC. in every possible form of distribution including but not limited to physical, digital, and/or intellectual and are governed by the full extent of all the rules and conditions established in the Terms of Service.
  • Think Ahead DOES NOT SELL ownership of any kind over the paid content we distribute; the ownership over the totallity of the content developed by Think Ahead belongs only and exclusively to Think Ahead, LLC. regardless if it is used within or outside our domain.
  • The only proprietary right that is granted to our users after their purchases is the limited or unlimited capacity to access Think Ahead’s resources whereas the unlimited version of the access is subject to these terms of service. If for any reason any of our users fail to comply to our terms of services they may lose total access to our exclusive resources regardless of their membership, subscription, role, payments, permissions, licenses, rank, points, and/or contributions.
  • Think Ahead claims no credit for any images/photos featured on the site unless otherwise noted.
  • Our platform may display links to other websites, services or resources on the Internet. These other resources are not under our control, and you acknowledge that Think Ahead is not responsible or liable for the content, functions, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of such websites, services or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Think Ahead shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.
  • Services, products and all the associated academy content provided through our coaching platform and/or used by our licensed coaches at foreign environments remains the intellectual property of Think Ahead, LLC. any non-consented distribution may be subject to legal actions.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content solely for personal, non-commercial use, unless you have direct approval from the CEO of Think Ahead, LLC.

7. Anti-Cheat Policy

  • Think Ahead, LLC. reserves the right to inmediately and permanently ban, revoke all academic certifications and licenses, expell from the club, and terminate all kinds of commercial ties with any of our academy members, club members, partners, collaborators and customers regardless of their rank, progress, status, affiliation, role, membership, subscription, and/or any other vinculating Think Ahead product or service linked to an account, including but not limited to products and/or services paid in advance if we suspect and/or prove that they are incurring into unethical, deceiveful, illegitimate and/or illegal activities.
  • These unethical, deceiveful, illegitimate, and/or illegal activities we refer to in this section called Anti-Cheat Policy includes but are not limited to practices such as hacking, network manipulation, unintended in-game methods exploiting, negligence, proprietary rights infringement, defamation and protected content scrapping.

8. Termination and Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect violations of these Terms, including illegal copying or distribution of our content.
  • Violations may result in legal proceedings and inclusion of your activity in law enforcement investigations.

9. Warranties, Disclaimers, and Liability Limitation

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
  • Think Ahead, LLC. disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Ahead, LLC. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Your continued use signifies acceptance of any amendments.

Think Ahead LLC – Code of Conduct

Our community thrives when all members behave with respect, integrity, and professionalism. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all users, including students, staff, partners, and community members.

1. Respectful Engagement

  • All interactions should be conducted with respect and courtesy toward others.
  • Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Users shall not engage in or promote illegal activities, including unauthorized distribution of proprietary content.
  • Content sharing outside the platform, pirating, or any form of intellectual property infringement is strictly forbidden.

3. Harassment and Discrimination

  • Any form of harassment, discrimination, or any behavior impairing the environment integrity is grounds for disciplinary action.
