Ethics in eSports
There are some golden rules to follow in our environment one of them being LEGIT in everything you do. When we talk about boosting or coaching services, for example, we’re talking about a service provided to other humans and fellow players that deserve only the best attitude, honesty and capabilities from you.
Whether you’re the “best” player in the world or not, being rightful is the most important quality as a person and as a player, no matter how talented you are if you’re dishonest you are a noob and will die a noob.
If you cheat, hack, abuse or exploit, we don’t want to work with you. Ever.
Significance of “PRO”
PRO means dedication and sacrifice, to be a real PRO you must put aside your doubts and be true to your art, your passion, your dreams and never let anything distract you from your goal and objectives, being a PRO means you will spend 14 hours a day for months, sometimes years, honing your skills, practicing, failing, coming back, falling again and standing up one more time everytime, never surrendering, being a PRO means to cry in silence with no tears bleeding your spirit to achieve a minimal improvement time after time, day after day, minute after minute until you recognize yourself as a master and then… You keep training, polishing details, losing again and learning from each valuable defeat, for victories have little to nothing to teach you where losses will give you deep insights of what you need to improve. It’s not about winning everytime, but learning.
Story tells that our CEO broke one of his index fingers while training the hardest he could and that such injury didn’t stop him; instead, he kept going until his hands were absolutely numb. Hopefully you won’t have to break anything to become a star; although, the level of commitment of a real PRO is beyond physical boundaries. The limits only exist in your mind and the path of a true PRO is never-ending.
Selection Process
The selection process that will apply for you depends entirely on the path you’ve chosen within the industry; however, at Think Ahead we’ve prepared a brief introductory guideline for all of our PROs to succeed on their selection processes.
