This test measures key micro‑parameters linked to high‑level leadership in games:

• Collaborativity – How well you work with others instead of just around them.
• Effective Communication – How clear, concise, and actionable your calls and information are.
• Empathy – Your ability to understand teammates’ perspectives, emotions, and limits.
• Leadership – Your natural willingness and ability to take responsibility and guide the group.
• Game Knowledge – How deeply you understand the game’s systems, rules, and meta as a leader.
• Situational Awareness – How well you track what’s happening across the map or scenario.
• Game Reading – Your capacity to recognize patterns and direct your team before things happen.

At the end of the Leadership Evaluation, you receive a structured profile of your current leadership style: where you’re strong, where you’re lacking, and which specific traits you should train next.
