Level 1: Origins & History lays the foundation for your entire competitive path by answering a simple question: where did all of this come from?

In this course, you will:

• Explore the origins of competitive play and how it evolved into modern esports and high‑level performance.
• Understand the historical roots of gaming and how top competitors have adapted these over time.
• See how different eras shaped today’s  culture and expectations around improvement and success.
